We provide lifetime buyback on gold and diamond jewellery purchased from Hassan Jewellers at transparent market-linked valuations.
Gold Jewellery
- Gold value is calculated based on the prevailing Hassan Jewellers' buyback rate on the day of return.
- Making charges are refunded up to 80% for jewellery returned within 6 months of purchase, and 60% thereafter.
- BIS hallmark stamp and original invoice are mandatory for processing buyback.
Diamond Jewellery
- Diamond value is appraised by our in-house gemologists referencing current international market prices.
- Solitaire pieces accompanied by certification receive up to 100% buyback on stone value.
- Buyback on designer or antique pieces is subject to a detailed inspection and may require additional time.
Mode of Settlement
- Amounts above ₹1,00,000 are transferred via bank NEFT/RTGS within 3 business days.
- For lower values, customers may opt for instant credit notes redeemable across future purchases.
