Hassan Jewellers offers an 11-day no-questions-asked refund on eligible purchases, ensuring complete peace of mind.
Eligibility
- Applies to ready jewellery purchased in-store or online and delivered within India.
- The jewellery must be unused, unaltered, and returned with original invoice, product tags, certificates, and packaging.
- Custom engravings or modified pieces are not eligible for refund.
Refund Window
Initiate the refund within 11 calendar days from the date of delivery or store pickup. Once we validate the condition of the product, the refund is processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Return Logistics
- For online orders, our logistics partner will schedule a secure pickup from your address at no extra cost.
- In-store purchases can be returned at the Hassan Jewellers flagship store along with the invoice.

Quality Inspection
Every returned item undergoes a BIS-certified purity verification and quality check. Refunds may be denied if the product shows signs of usage, alteration, or damage beyond evaluation handling.
