Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Orders can be cancelled with nominal deductions depending on production progress.

Before Dispatch

  • Ready-to-ship items cancelled within 24 hours attract no deduction.
  • After 24 hours, a 5% processing fee is applicable to cover payment gateway and handling charges.

Custom & Made-to-Order

  • Cancellations during manufacturing incur up to 30% deduction based on the stage of production.
  • Once hallmarking or stone setting begins, cancellations are no longer possible. We can, however, assist with design alterations.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are initiated within 5 business days post confirmation.
