- Tenure-free exchange on 22K and 18K gold jewellery with full value credit for net gold weight.
- Making charges paid earlier are adjusted against the new selection, subject to the design and condition of the returned piece.
Diamond Exchange
- Diamonds accompanied by original certification receive up to 90% credit of stone value during exchange.
- Exchange without certificates may require an independent assessment and can attract a nominal processing fee.
